Shipping Info
We aim to package your orders within 48hrs, however we are a small team operating the Cotswold Club Equestrian Boutique alongside the main Cotswold Club Equestrian operations.
We send all Boutique order via Royal Mail signed for service.
Returns Info
Should you not be happy with your Boutique purchase or require a different size then please do email info@cotswoldclubequestrian.co.uk to let us know, we will do our utmost to sort out any problems
During the COVID-19 lockdown/social distancing we are offering a 40 day returns period.
If you’d like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, we’ll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account.
All goods will be inspected on return, and must be in the same condition as when they left the Boutique.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach the Boutique return address, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
